There are other countries with low course prices such as Egypt, Pakistan, and Ukraine. However, Turkey seems to have the most significant drop in cost, making it the cheapest place for Udemy.

You’ll need a suitable payment method to pay for Udemy courses when connected to a Turkish server. Thankfully, in this country, you can use virtual prepaid cards for Udemy purchases.

Here’s how to pay for Udemy using a VPN and a prepaid card:
