If you live in Europe and want to watch the US Open Tennis tournaments on NBC, we got several tested recommendations for you.
The US Tournament is no longer supported for broadcast in Europe. This was due to NBC’s (the official broadcaster of the US Open) decision to geo-block access to its content for those located outside of the United States.
Tennis fans from Europe will not be able to simply access the platform and watch the US Open matches as they take place.
If you try to access the NBC Sports website from Europe, you will get an error message stating that NBC Sports is not supported in your area:
From a business standpoint, this decision is understandable, but it left many tennis fans feeling frustrated and disappointed.
Thankfully, there are ways around NBC’s geo-blocking restrictions, which I will outline in this post. Check our recommendations and pick the method that’s most suitable for you.

- Log in with your credentials
- Open the app and connect to a VPN server located in the US. PIA has thousands of speedy servers located all over the States
